Formed in 2011, Invoke Construction brings together the individual expertise of the two directors, combined with the passion for the construction industry, to enable Invoke Construction to be a highly professional and respected company. Drawing on combined experience of over 80+ years in the domestic and commercial building industry, Invoke Construction continues to deliver high quality projects to ours customers. 

DIRECTORS

Paul Richards built P & D Richards over a period of 30 years from humble beginnings as a small builder to a company with the flexibility and capacity to execute much larger commercial and residential projects. Paul has successfully completed a multitude of commercial and industrial projects as well as office fit out work and domestic construction of a larger nature. Paul brings immense experience and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry into Invoke Construction.
Geoff Richards completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Design) at Swinburne University in 2006. Geoff has a natural passion for design and in particular, architectural design. He has worked and designed for leading companies in the automotive sector. Prior to starting Invoke Construction he successfully managed his own company, Eco Design & Construct Pty Ltd completing many high end bathroom and kitchen renovations. Geoff has combined his design and project management skills with solid business acumen to deliver projects exceeding the client’s expectations in every aspect.

SITE SUPERVISORS

Invoke Construction is very fortunate to have multiple qualified carpenters and site supervisors. They are conscientious and have an uncompromising attention to detail. They have the unique ability to execute their carpentry and joinery with passion, whilst offering leadership and site management to any size project.

SUB-CONTRACTORS

Invoke Construction has a strong team of sub-contractors covering all aspects of construction. We have spent many years assembling our team of highly skilled and dedicated tradesman that we know have the skills and knowledge to deliver a high quality result, on time and on budget.

THE TEAM

The team at Invoke Construction includes our dedicated Office Manager, Rebecca Richards, who brings a wealth of knowledge in bookkeeping, payroll, and all areas of office administration. Known for her efficiency and accuracy, Rebecca plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

We’re also proud to have Alana McKenzie as our Business & Operations Manager. With over 17 years of experience across various sectors of the construction industry, Alana now focuses on the strategic growth of the business. Her well-rounded background—both on site and in the office—brings valuable insight and direction to the team.
